RATES:
2.250 Euro per person
Ride guaranteed for a minimum of 2 pax per ride and maximum 8
DATES:
The rides are bookable starting on Sunday’s and ending on Saturday’s
Please ask for booking updates on guaranteed departures, or confirm bookings for more than 2 guests together.
INCLUDES:
- Horses and guides
- Camp staff / laundry at tented camp
- All meals and accommodations
- Luggage transfers
- All activities listed (drumming, reptile center, canoeing, Ndebele experience, Game drive, picnics, sundowners,bush lunch etc)
- Alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks
EXCLUDES:
- Items of personal nature
- Transfer to and from the airport (80 Euro return pp)
- Additional activities or spa treatments
- Gratuities
Payment
Payments to Out in Africa Encounters are to be in Euro as quoted. A 30% deposit on the total safari cost is required to confirm all bookings within 14 days of a written confirmation. The balance of payment must be made 30 days before the starting date of the safari on the contrary, the booking will be automatically cancelled. In the event of cancellation, this deposit payment may be deferred to a future booking at the discretion of Out in Africa Encounters. Otherwise, our cancellation policy is as follows:
Cancellation
On confirmation of a booking an invoice will be issued and your booking will then be subject to the below cancellation policy. All cancellations must be in writing.
Confirmation – 61 Days prior to date of arrival: 30% non-refundable deposit is forfeited.
60 – 0 Days prior to date of arrival: 100% of total safari cost is forfeited.
